However, if a user is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer a refund policy based on the payment plan selected. The following outlines our refund policy:
1. Monthly Payment Plan
If a user requests a refund for the monthly payment plan, we will not deduct the fee in the next billing cycle. This means that the user will receive a full refund for the current billing cycle.
2. Annual Payment Plan
If a user requests a refund for the annual payment plan, we will deduct the monthly fee for the number of months used and issue a refund for the remaining fee. For example, if a user has used the product for 4 months out of the 12-month period, we will deduct 4 months' worth of fees and refund the remaining fee for the unused months.
3. Recovery of Discount
If a user received a discount at the time of purchase, the discount will be recovered together with the refund amount.
